The Pineapple Lab Arts Market

Pineapple Lab's Arts Market

Last June, we participated in the Arts Market at Pineapple Lab. It was such a wonderful experience. Meeting people who love all forms of art.

Our Story and Experience during the Arts Market

This event happened last June and obviously, this post took a while before I got to finish it. It has been long listed in my blog post ideas but never really got the time to accomplish. A lot has changed and things will continue changing and I’m glad about the changes that I’ve been experiencing.

Also, this experience has taught me a lot especially about art and sharing it to others. But one thing’s for sure, I will never stop looking and grabbing opportunities wherein I may share my talents to everyone.

The Story

Behind the artworks and stuff, is always a story on how it came to be. At first, I was not knowledgable at all about what is going on with Pineapple Lab. It was Gjen of Gjen Scribbles who shared to me about this wonderful opportunity. I actually researched about them, how to participate in art markets or bazaars and of course, how to have the confidence in participating in those.

Even if I’m an ENFP according to the Myers-Briggs Personality Test, I still have some bits of being an introvert especially if it’s the first time. I was actually scared at first about this but there’s a natural risk taker in me and I loved every bit of the experience!

So, I took a leap of faith. Signed up their application form online and patiently waited for their feedback. Honestly, when it comes to things like this, I do not expect for a favorable result. From experience, I have been rejected from various situations yet I just keep on trying. This applies to joining raffles or giveaways! I love joining because you are throwing everything to the universe and to G and they are the ones who get to play with your fate. You did your part and just leave it to them.

Not long after, we got a favorable reply! We were going to participate in their art market and this is the first time that we get to participate! All kinds of emotions were felt. From being nervous to excited, we felt it. Well, especially me.

It was one of a kind experience and actually a great one! Honestly, I learned a lot from it and met new people that actually are great artists. I’m happy that some of our friends came and supported our booth there!

Luckily, it was also the chance to put out the Endure shirts. We were able to sell some there and continuously selling the remaining shirts to be able to donate to the Marawi evacuees. If given another chance to participate, I would be more than willing to participate again. It’s another chance to meet fellow art enthusiasts and artists. Not only that but it’s another way of learning from them too. Sharing new experiences and adventures with art is truly a wonderful thing to do.

Of course, enough with the words. Now is the time to show you the photos we had during the Arts Market. Some photos were product teasers, and others were captured by Aj Cruz and Marilou Patsy.

Thank you Aj and Halle for dropping by! Good luck with The Sweet Shack PH!

Wow this would be a dream for me. I’ve always loved art and I even went to art school. I miss being around other artists and being creative. I’m glad you sold some work and that it went to a good cause.
